Our holiday-home is ideal if you are a family or friends looking for a relaxing get away in Swakopmund, Namibia. This well situated 1960’s house will be your home away from home. Close to town centre and overlooking a grassy park. Followed by an uninterrupted view of the ocean. It is spacious yet cozy with the warm old wooden floors. Uniquely decorated, white cotton bedding and equipped with all you will need in the kitchen. The long dining table in the barbecue room is where memories are made. 

Our property is situated in an quiet neighbourhood in Swakopmund. Next to a grass park with large palmtrees. From the house to the beach is a 250m walk across the park, road and then the open land before the beach shore. There you will find different walkways, ideal for those wanting a stroll at sunset or longer path for those wanting to exercise by taking a run along the coastline. The properties living areas (Livingroom, Kitchen and Diningroom) are overlooking the park and ocean. It has a low border wall, but the area is save. For your peace of mind we have installed an alarm system. Parking: You will have one garage available and in front of it there is parking space for two more vehicles. Playarea: For the children we have a slide, two swings and a sandpit in the front of the property that is covered with grass. The dining room has an indoor braai (grill) with some couches and a lovely long dining table. We do have Wifi, Netflix and some boardgames available for guests to use. 

The whole of the main house is available for your use. It consist of a living room, kitchen, dining room, foyer, three and a half bedrooms. One on-suite bathroom, full bathroom and an extra guest toilet. The kitchen does have all the basics needed for cooking, grilling and dining. We do have some spices for you to used have had many guests leaving some as a kind gesture, as they depart. In the foyer you will find a bookcase, you are welcome to enjoy them while you are relaxing in the misty weather. Please use the garage for your vehicle and the Parking on the property. Next to the garage is an entrance to the courtyard. The courtyard is mainly for private use, but guests are welcome to make use of the room with the washing machine. Also in the courtyard is the entrance to a privately used apartment, that is not available for guests to use.
